No Gym Fitness

Each session conditions the entire body both mentally and physically with an emphasis on having fun. Classes are 60 minutes in length and with 4 locations in Santa Monica, Venice and West Los Angeles, predictability and routine are never an issue.
The basic methodology of this outdoor fitness experience includes both aerobic and anaerobic exercises.
Every athlete can expect to experience the following:
- Agility Drills
- Speed And Endurance Conditioning
- Core Exercises
- Balance Work
- Interval And Flexibility Training
- Cardio Workouts – Wind Sprints, Running Stairs, Jumping Rope
All of the workouts are body-weight oriented, all levels of athletes work out side by side and get maximum results at their own level. What to bring? A winning no quit attitude, yoga mat and water.
The No Gym Fitness STREND Challenge is each athlete’s personal “yard stick” of fitness progression. Dependent on their commitment, athletes will achieve amazing results and get in the best shape of their life. ALL athletes are encouraged to participate in the STREND Challenge to track their improvements month to month.
